Mediterranean Burrata and Hummus Board

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh burrata balls
  • 1 cup classic hummus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Warm pita bread or pita chips, for serving

Directions:

Prepare the platter: Spread hummus onto one side of a serving board.

Arrange ingredients: Place burrata balls, cherry tomatoes, olives, roasted red peppers, and cucumber slices around the hummus.

Season: Drizzle olive oil over the burrata and sprinkle with dried oregano.

Garnish: Add fresh basil leaves for color and aroma.

Serve: Pair with warm pita bread or crunchy pita chips.
