Ingredients for meat triangles:
- 10 phyllo dough sheets
- 2 onions
- 400 g of minced meat
- 50 g of noodles
- Fresh coriander
- Spices: salt, pepper, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon
- Melted butter
- Cream cheese
Instructions for meat triangles:
1.In a big skillet, heat some oil and stir-fry a chopped onion.
2. Season with all the spices and add the meat.
3. Cover and cook for ten minutes.
4. Soak noodles for three to four minutes in boiling water.
5. Next, cut them with scissors and combine them with the pan’s meat.
6. Spread melted butter on the phyllo pastry, then stuff it with the meat and noodles and top it with cheese.
7. Use a small amount of egg white to seal and form the triangles.
