Ingredients :

100 ml of lukewarm water
1 teaspoon of sugar (about 8 g)
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
500 g wheat flour (sifted)
1.5 teaspoons salt
350 ml of lukewarm water
30 ml vegetable oil

Instructions :

In a bowl, mix 100 ml of lukewarm water, sugar, dry yeast and 3 tablespoons of wheat flour. Mix well and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sift 500g of wheat flour into another bowl. Add the salt and mix well.
Make a small indentation in the center of the flour mixture and add the yeast mixture.
Mix the ingredients, gradually pouring in 350 ml of lukewarm water.
Once combined, add the vegetable oil to the dough and knead until the oil is completely absorbed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for another 15-20 minutes.
Carefully turn the dough over and cover it again. Let it rest for another 15 to 20 minutes.
Wet your hands with water and turn the dough over once more. Cover and let it rest for 50 to 60 minutes until doubled in size.
Generously dust the work surface with flour and transfer the dough to it. Flatten and fold the dough several times as shown in the video.
Dust the top of the dough with flour and divide it into 4 equal parts.
Place the dough portions on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the bread for 30 to 35 minutes, placing a bowl of boiling water in the oven for extra moisture.
Once baked, allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
