Mango Graham Cake (Mango Float) Recipe

Mango Graham Cake (Mango Float) Recipe

A Filipino classic dessert that’s creamy, refreshing, and oh-so-easy to make! With layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and sweet ripe mangoes, this no-bake treat is pure happiness in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose cream (chilled overnight)

  • 1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk (chilled)

  • 2 packs graham crackers

  • 4–5 large ripe mangoes (peeled and thinly sliced)

  • Crushed graham crackers (for topping)

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Cream Mixture

  1. In a large chilled bowl, combine the chilled all-purpose cream and condensed milk.

  2. Whip with a hand mixer (or whisk) until light, smooth, and creamy.

Step 2: Layer the Dessert

  1. In a rectangular or square dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.

  2. Spread a generous amount of the cream mixture evenly over the crackers.

  3. Arrange a layer of ripe mango slices on top of the cream.

Step 3: Repeat the Layers

  1. Add another layer of graham crackers.

  2. Spread more cream mixture.

  3. Add more mango slices.

  4. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, ending with cream and mango slices on top.

Step 4: Finish & Chill

  1. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for extra texture.

  2. Cover the dish with plastic wrap.

  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is best!) to allow the layers to set.

Serving Tips

  • Slice into squares and serve chilled.

  • For extra indulgence, drizzle with a little caramel or condensed milk before serving.

  • You can also freeze it for 1–2 hours before serving if you want it slightly firmer, like ice cream cake.
