Step-by-Step Instructions
Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

- Finely chop dried apricots
Creating the Apricot Filling
- Place chopped apricots and honey in a food processor
- Process until a smooth, pliable paste forms
- Form mixture into small balls or logs (about 1 inch long)
- Place shaped pieces on lined baking sheet

Tempering the Chocolate
