Ingredients: For the Cake:

    • A pinch of salt

    • 3 eggs

  • 100ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3-4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

 

    1. Preheat the Oven:
      • Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
    2. Prepare the Cake Batter:
        • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

       

        • Add the pinch of salt and lemon zest, mixing well.
        • Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.
        • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.

       

      • Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the flour mixture.
      • Stir in the lemon juice until just combined.

      • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
