  • 150 ml vegetable oil (8 tablespoons)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 15 grams of baking powder (2 teaspoons)

Basic preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a cake tin.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
