Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip 







Ingredients:
– 6 roasted jalapeños 

– 16 oz of cream cheese 

– 6 oz of white cheddar 

– 1 tbsp of chili powder or smoked paprika
– 1 tbsp of garlic powder
– 1 tsp of cumin
– Salt & pepper, to taste
– Chili flakes, for topping
Directions:
1. Begin by roasting the jalapeños until charred, then remove the skin, seeds, and stems. Chop the roasted jalapeños into small pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, white cheddar, chili powder or smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Gently fold in the chopped roasted jalapeños into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle chili flakes on top for an extra kick of spice.
5. Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
6. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies and enjoy!
Tips:
– For a milder dip, reduce the amount of jalapeños used.
– You can also add a squeeze of lime juice for a citrusy twist.
– Customize the dip by adding cooked and crumbled beef or chicken for a heartier option.
