I make this every day for breakfast! No sugar, no flour, and no eggs!
-Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
2 cups rolled oats
3 heaping tablespoons flaxseed
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 apples
1 banana
1 cup milk (animal or plant-based)
-Preparation:
Soak raisins in hot water until softened.
In a bowl, combine rolled oats, flaxseed, and baking powder. Add chopped walnuts and drained raisins.
Grate apples (unpeeled) into the mixture.
Mash banana and add it to the bowl. Pour in milk and mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
