Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets
– 1 cup pineapple chunks
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Sliced green onions for garnish
– Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the honey mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
5. Add the pineapple chunks to the baking dish, arranging them around the salmon fillets.
6. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the salmon and pineapple.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
9. Serve the Honey Pineapple Salmon hot with your favorite side dishes.
