Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream – Simple, Classic & Creamy!
Nothing beats the rich, smooth taste of homemade vanilla ice cream. Just a few basic ingredients and you’ve got a timeless treat that’s perfect on its own or with your favorite desserts! Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Stir in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Freeze for 2–4 hours until firm.
Scoop it up and enjoy creamy vanilla perfection! Add sprinkles, syrup, or sandwich it between cookies for fun!
