Homemade Supreme Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
For the dough:
• 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ¾ cup (180ml) warm water
• 1½ tsp instant yeast
For the sauce:
• 1 cup (250g) tomato sauce or pizza sauce
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings:
• 1½ cups (150g) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 6–8 slices pepperoni
• ½ cup (60g) cooked sausage chunks
• ¼ cup (30g) cooked bacon bits
• ¼ cup (25g) sliced mushrooms
• ¼ cup (25g) sliced onions
• ¼ cup (25g) sliced green bell peppers
Instructions
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let it sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil, and knead into a soft, smooth dough (about 8 minutes).
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Punch down the dough and roll it into a 10–12 inch circle. Place it on a greased or parchment-lined baking pan.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, then add all your toppings — pepperoni, sausage, bacon, vegetables, and mushrooms.
Add the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
