Homemade Strawberry Citrus Juice
Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and halved)

2 medium oranges (peeled and segmented)

1 small lemon (juiced)

1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

1½ cups cold water (or sparkling water for a fizzy version)

Ice cubes (as needed)

Mint leaves (optional for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the fruit:

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, hull them, and cut them in halves.

Peel and segment the oranges, removing any seeds.

Juice the lemon and set aside.

Blend:

Add the strawberries, oranges, lemon juice, and sweetener (honey or sugar) into a blender.

Pour in the cold water.

Blend until smooth and well combined.

Strain (optional):

If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

Serve:

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour the juice over the ice.

Garnish with a slice of orange, strawberry, or a sprig of mint if desired.
