Homemade Pizza Sticks

Ingredients:

Pizza dough 1 (13.80 oz) can
Pepperoni slices 6 oz
Mozzarella cheese sticks 8
Butter, melted 3 tablespoons
Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Marinara or ranch For dipping

How To Make Homemade Pizza Sticks:

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Dough & Fill: On a clean surface, unroll the pizza dough and slice it into 8 even rectangles. Place 3-4 pepperoni slices in the center of each dough slice and then place a mozzarella cheese stick on top.
  3. Roll & Seal: Roll the dough around the contents, and be sure to pinch the dough to tightly close the seam and ends. Place the rolled sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Top & Bake: In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder and Italian seasoning into the melted butter. Use a pastry brush to coat each pizza stick with the mixture. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the tops begin to turn golden.
  5. Serve: Serve the pizza sticks warm with marinara or ranch for dipping.
