1. Carrot Banana Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

 

1 banana

 

1 carrot (peeled and chopped)

 

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

 

1/2 cup orange juice

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

 

 

2. Add ice if desired.

 

 

3. Serve and enjoy.

 

 

 

 

2. Mango Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

 

1/2 cup mango chunks

 

1/2 cup strawberries (hulled and chopped)

 

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

 

1/2 cup yogurt or coconut milk

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Blend all ingredients until creamy.

 

 

2. Add honey if you want more sweetness.
