Healthy Banana, Avocado, Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ medium-sized carrot, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or milk of your choice)
  • Optional: Honey or maple syrup to taste (if you prefer a sweeter smoothie)
  • Optional: A few ice cubes for a colder smoothie

Instructions:

  1. Combine the banana, avocado, carrot, pumpkin seeds, and yogurt (or milk) in a blender.
