**Ingredients :**
**For the Chicken Bites**
* 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized cubes)
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
* Salt and black pepper, to taste
* Wooden or metal skewers (if grilling)

* 3 tablespoons butter
* 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
* 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
* 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
* ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

**Instructions :**
**Prepare the Chicken**
