Green Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:

1 cup chopped cucumber

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 medium banana

1 cup green leaf lettuce or romaine
-
1 to 1½ cups water or coconut water (adjust for desired consistency)

Optional: ½ inch piece of ginger or lemon juice for added flavor
Instructions:

Wash all produce thoroughly.

Add the ingredients to a blender in this order: cucumber, pineapple, banana, lettuce, and then liquid.

Blend on high until smooth (about 1 minute).

Taste and adjust – add more water if it’s too thick, or a squeeze of lemon for brightness.

Pour into a bottle and drink throughout the day as shown on the bottle.
