Ingredients (1 serving):
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 handful of spinach
1 banana (fresh or frozen slices)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, or regular milk)
Optional: 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or protein powder for creaminess/protein
Optional: a few ice cubes for chill
