. 25ml milk
. 1 large egg
. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
. 1/2 cup cornstarch
. Spices: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp paprika, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, 1.75 tbsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices.
2. Coat potato slices in egg and milk mixture.
3. Dredge in the flour mixture.
4. Fry until golden and crispy.
