Ingredients:
For the Crust:

1 ball homemade or store-bought pizza dough

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp garlic powder
For the Burger Layer:

1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef

1 tsp kosher salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
½ tsp smoked paprika
-
1 small onion, finely chopped
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup caramelized onions (optional, for extra flavor)

½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
For the Toppings:

¾ cup fire-roasted tomato sauce or pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella
-
¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

6-8 slices turkey pepperoni or veggie slices

¼ cup roasted red peppers or cherry tomatoes
-
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil or parsley
Instructions:

Prep the Dough:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Lightly oil a 9-inch pie dish. Roll out the dough to cover the base and sides.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Parbaked for 5 minutes.

Cook the Burger Layer:

In a skillet, heat a little oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic until soft.

Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned. Stir in cheddar cheese and optional caramelized onions.

Assemble the Pie:

Spread the beef mixture into the crust.

Spoon over the pizza sauce evenly.

Top with mozzarella, crumbled feta, pepperoni, and red peppers.

Bake:

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.

Let cool slightly. Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
