Garlic Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss the Brussels sprouts in the mixture until evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.

Tips:
