2 cups cooked penne pasta (al dente)

2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional: fresh parsley for garnish, extra Parmesan for serving
Instructions

Cook the Pasta

Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken pieces, season with salt & pepper, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (6–8 minutes).

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

Combine Everything

Add cooked chicken back into the skillet along with the pasta.

Toss everything together until well coated with sauce.

Adjust seasoning with extra salt & pepper if needed.
