Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked penne pasta (al dente)

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish, extra Parmesan for serving


‍ Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta

    • Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente.

    • Drain and set aside.

  2. Cook the Chicken

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    • Add chicken pieces, season with salt & pepper, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (6–8 minutes).

    • Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

  3. Make the Sauce

    • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

    • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

    • Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

  4. Combine Everything

    • Add cooked chicken back into the skillet along with the pasta.

    • Toss everything together until well coated with sauce.

    • Adjust seasoning with extra salt & pepper if needed.

  5. Serve

    • Plate the pasta, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and garnish with extra Parmesan.

    • Serve warm and enjoy your creamy, cheesy comfort meal!
