Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Penne Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
Toss cooked penne pasta and chicken in the sauce, mixing well.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
