  • 2 tbsp ketchup + 1 tbsp mustard (optional, for classic burger flavor)

For the Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands) or pizza dough
  • OR homemade bread/roll dough

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Cook the Beef Filling

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
