– For the Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
– 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (optional)
Instructions:
