Garlic Butter Lobster Tails Recipe

10 lobster tails

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

4 garlic cloves, finely minced

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.

Gently lift the meat out, resting it on top of the shell for presentation.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.

Brush & Season:

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
