Garlic Butter Lobster Tails Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 lobster tails

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • ½ teaspoon paprika (for color & flavor)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:

    • Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.

    • Gently lift the meat out, resting it on top of the shell for presentation.

  2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.

  3. Brush & Season:

    • Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

    • Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.

  4. Cooking Options:

    • Broil: Place under the oven broiler on high for 8–10 minutes, until lobster meat is opaque and slightly golden.

    • Grill: Grill over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, basting with garlic butter as they cook.

  5. Serve Hot:

    • Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
