Garlic Butter Beef Sausage Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sausage, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 8 oz pasta (any kind)

Total Time: 30 min | Serves: 4

Instructions:

1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook Sausage: In a pan, melt 1 tbsp butter, cook sausage until browned. Add garlic and 1 tbsp more butter; sauté 1–2 min.

3. Make Sauce: Lower heat. Add cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.

4. Combine: Toss pasta in sauce. Add sausage back in and mix.

5. Serve: Garnish with parsley or more cheese if you like.
