Fudgy Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and almond flour. Blend or mix until a thick batter forms.
Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft (for that fudgy texture).
Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares.
