Fresh Tomato and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:

– 2 large ripe tomatoes

– 1 ripe avocado

– 1 small red onion

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 tablespoon lime juice

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Start by washing the tomatoes and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Cut it into chunks.

3. Peel and thinly slice the red onion.

4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.

5. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the salad.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss everything together so the ingredients are well mixed.

7. If you like, sprinkle some fresh cilantro or parsley on top for extra flavor.

8. Serve immediately and enjoy this fresh and healthy salad!
