Fresh Orange Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:

4 medium-sized oranges (peeled and deseeded)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for flavor depth)

1/2 cup cold water or orange juice (for blending)

1 cup ice cubes (adjust for thickness)

A few orange slices (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Oranges:

Peel and deseed the oranges. You can also remove the white pith for a smoother texture.

If desired, segment the oranges for easier blending.

Blend the Ingredients:

Add the orange segments to a blender.

Add yogurt, honey/maple syrup, vanilla extract, and water/juice.

Add ice cubes on top.

Blend Until Smooth:

Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy.

Taste & Adjust:
