• 4 cups dry stuffing mix
• 1 cup chicken broth
• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 small onion, chopped
• ½ cup celery, chopped
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix stuffing mix, broth, and melted butter; let sit.
Add eggs, onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Form into golf-ball-sized balls and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
