Ingredients

Sliced mozzarella (or any good melting cheese – provolone, cheddar mix, etc.)

Diced pizza toppings of choice:
– Pepperoni
– Black olives
– Jalapeños
– Pizza seasoning (oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes, etc.)
Instructions

Preheat & Prep
– Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
– Line a baking tray with parchment paper (don’t skip this – it helps release the cheese easily). -
Lay Out the Cheese
– Place slices of mozzarella flat on the parchment, slightly spaced apart (they will melt and spread).
– You can also use shredded mozzarella and shape into small rectangles or circles. -
Add the Toppings
– Evenly sprinkle your chopped toppings over each slice.
– Add pizza seasoning generously for flavor. -
Bake
– Bake at 400°F for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges begin to crisp. -
Roll Them Up
– Remove from oven and immediately roll each melted cheese slice using a spatula and butter knife or your hands (careful – hot!).
– Roll tightly while still soft and pliable. -
Broil for a Golden Finish
– Return the roll-ups to the oven and broil on high for 2–3 minutes, just until golden and bubbly. -
