Ingredients
For the Cake:

For the Frosting:

3 tbsp milk

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions

Preheat oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the batter

In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar, oil, water, vinegar, and vanilla extract.

Beat until smooth and creamy.

Bake the cake

Pour batter into a greased 9×9-inch cake pan.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Make the frosting

While the cake is baking, beat together milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, butter, and powdered sugar until creamy and fluffy.
