  • 1 ¼ cups (300 ml/10 fl oz) hot water
  • 14 oz (400 grams) heavy cream

Instructions:

Add the 14 oz (400 grams) of heavy cream to the dissolved gelatin. Mix thoroughly for a few minutes until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
