Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread

Components:

  1. 1 loaf of Italian bread and 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
  2. 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
  3. One cup of finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. three minced garlic cloves
  5. Two tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 tsp black pepper

Guides:

  • Preheat the Oven: While you are preparing the bread, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and place both halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet to prepare the bread.

  • Spread the Mixture: For optimal taste, evenly coat every inch of the sliced sides of the bread with a mixture of cheese and garlic.
  • Bake the Bread: For 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and beginning to turn golden, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  • Optional: Broil for Extra Crispiness: Preheat your oven to broil for one to two minutes more to have a crunchier finish. Watch it carefully to make sure it doesn’t burn!
  • Serve: Take the bread out of the oven, cut it into pieces, and present it warm. Savor this indulgent, garlicky treat!
