 5-Minute Healthy Oatmeal with Apples & Bananas
Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water or milk (your choice: dairy, almond, oat milk, etc.)
1 small apple (chopped)
1 ripe banana (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)
A handful of nuts or seeds (optional, for crunch)
Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:

Cook the Oats:
In a small pot, bring the water or milk to a boil. Add the oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Fruits:
Stir in the chopped apple and sliced banana while the oats are cooking. The heat will slightly soften the fruits, making them sweeter and creamier.
Flavor:
Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir well.
Serve:
