Delicious recipe

70 ml warm water
70 ml warm milk
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar

1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
320g all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped
60g butter, softened
1 teaspoon honey
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 egg yolk mixed with a teaspoon of milk (for egg wash)
Poppy seeds (for sprinkling)

Prepare the Yeast Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water and warm milk.
Sprinkle the dry yeast and sugar over the liquid. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy, indicating that the yeast is active.
Make the Dough:
Add the egg and melted butter to the yeast mixture and whisk to combine.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until the dough begins to form.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and honey until well combined.
Shape and Fill the Bread:
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread the garlic butter evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Roll the dough up tightly, starting from the long edge, to encase the filling.
Cut the roll into sections that will fit into a greased baking dish. Arrange the sections in the dish, cut side up.
Final Touches:
Brush the tops of the dough with the egg yolk and milk mixture. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Allow the dough to rise for another 30 minutes in the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let the bread cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best experienceuez jusqu’à ce que tous les ingrédients soient bien combinés.
