Delicious Dinner Recipe – Layered Meat Pie
This Layered Meat Pie is my daily dinner delight! You’ll love it too! ![]()
Ingredients:
- 500 ml Milk

- 2 Eggs

- 125 ml Water

- 2 tsp Salt

- 220 g Flour

- Vegetable oil for frying

- 500 g Minced meat

- 1 Onion

- 1/2 Bell pepper

- 2 cloves Garlic

- 1 tsp Oregano

- Salt and pepper to taste


- 2 tbsp Tomato paste

Instructions:
- Mix milk, eggs, water, salt, and flour for the crepes.
- Fry crepes in oil. Set aside.
- Sauté minced meat, onion, bell pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add tomato paste. Cook until thickened.
- Make the sauce: Melt butter, add flour, nutmeg, salt, and milk.
- Layer crepes and meat mixture, topping with sauce and cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake at 190°C for 20 mins.
