Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Mix warm milk and yogurt in another bowl and gradually add to the dry ingredients, kneading into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and set aside in a warm place for 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each into a ball, then flatten into a circle.
Spread minced garlic, cilantro, and mozzarella cheese on half of the flattened dough. Fold the other half over to cover, sealing the edges.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each naan until golden brown on both sides, brushing with melted butter while cooking.
Serve hot.
