Date Smoothie with Brown Rice and Almond Milk
✅ Ingredients:

1 cup cooked brown rice (cooled)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

4–6 Medjool dates, pitted (adjust for sweetness)

1 banana (optional, for creaminess and natural sweetness)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (optional, for richness)

1/2 cup ice (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:

Cook the brown rice ahead of time and allow it to cool. (You can use leftover rice too.)

Add all ingredients to a blender: almond milk, cooked rice, pitted dates, banana (if using), cinnamon, nutmeg, and any optional ingredients.

Blend until smooth – about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender power.

Taste and adjust: add more dates for sweetness, more almond milk for a thinner consistency, or a bit more ice to chill it further.

Serve immediately. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top if desired.
