Imagine: Juicy chicken breasts bursting with creamy bacon-cheese filling, wrapped in a crispy Doritos crust. This is the ultimate game-day snack turned main course!
Ingredients
For the Filling:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
6 strips bacon (crispy & crumbled)
½ cup sharp cheddar (shredded)
2 green onions (thinly sliced)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
For the Chicken:
4 chicken breasts (butterflied)
2 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos (finely crushed)
1 cup flour
2 eggs + ¼ cup buttermilk (whisked)
1 tsp each: salt, pepper, onion powder
For Serving:
Chipotle ranch
Extra crushed Doritos
Pickled jalapeños
Instructions

Mix all filling ingredients until smooth (pro tip: add 1 tbsp hot sauce for kick!)

Pound breasts to ½” thickness
Spread ¼ cup filling on each, roll tightly
Secure with toothpicks (or butcher’s twine)

Egg Wash: Egg + buttermilk
