Ingredients

Cooked rice: 200g
Egg: 1
Olive oil: for frying
Onion: 1/2, chopped
Carrot: 1, chopped
All-purpose flour: 1 tbsp

Directions

Prepare the Rice Mixture
Add 200g of cooked rice to a bowl.
