Crispy Pickle Fries

Tangy, crunchy, totally snackable

These take me right back to county fair food stalls — only now I’m air-frying them in batches and dipping them in spicy honey mustard like it’s my full-time job. They’re salty, crispy, and packed with that addictive dill-pickle flavor.

Ingredients:

• Dill pickle spears, cut into fry-size strips

• ½ cup flour

• 2 eggs, beaten

• ¾ cup seasoned breadcrumbs or panko

• Optional: 1 tsp paprika or cayenne for a kick

• Oil spray for baking/air-frying
