A bold and satisfying combo featuring juicy, golden pan-seared chicken breast, hard-boiled eggs, sweet ripe banana, fresh lettuce, and cherry tomatoes. A blend of savory and sweet that’s rich in protein, fiber, and potassium perfect for a high-energy meal!

Main Bowl:

  • 1 chicken breast, pan-seared and sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 ripe banana, halved
  • 1 cup mixed leafy greens (lettuce, radicchio, etc.)
  • 3–4 cherry tomatoes
  • For Seasoning & Optional Toppings:
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp olive oil (optional, for greens)
  • Pinch of dried herbs (like parsley or dill)

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken – Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Pan-sear in olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Rest, then slice.

2️⃣ Boil the Eggs – Boil eggs for 9–10 minutes, cool under cold water, peel, and slice.

3️⃣ Prepare the Plate – On a large bowl or plate, arrange leafy greens, banana halves, sliced chicken, egg rounds, and cherry tomatoes.

4️⃣ Finish and Serve – Sprinkle a pinch of dried herbs or cracked pepper over the top. Serve fresh and enjoy!
