Crispy Baked Fish with Lemon Herb Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Brush fish with melted butter and coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Place on baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until crispy and golden.

In a small pan, heat olive oil, sauté garlic, then add lemon juice and a pinch of herbs to make sauce.

Drizzle lemon herb sauce over baked fish before serving.
