A light, fluffy, and creamy delight — made in one bowl with simple ingredients and chilled to perfection.


Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Sweetened condensed milk 1 can (395g / 14 oz)
Heavy cream or whipping cream 1 cup (240 ml), cold
Cream cheese (softened) 200g (7 oz)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice (optional) 1 tablespoon
Crushed biscuits or cookies (e.g. graham, Marie) 1 cup (for layering or topping)

‍ Instructions

  1. Beat the Cream Cheese
    In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk
    Pour in the condensed milk and beat until well blended and silky.

  3. Whip the Cream
    In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form (2–3 minutes with an electric mixer).

    Tip: Chill the bowl and beaters for faster results.

  4. Combine All Ingredients
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese-condensed milk mixture. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice if using.

  5. Assemble & Chill

    • Pour into individual cups, ramekins, or a large serving dish.

    • Optional: Layer with crushed cookies or fruit compote.

    • Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for best texture.
