
Refreshing, fruity, and no-bake — perfect for parties or a quick tropical treat!


• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
• 3 tbsp powdered sugar
• 200 g cream cheese or mascarpone (room temp)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 2 large ripe mangoes (or 1 ½ cups mango pulp)
• 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on mango sweetness)
• 1 tsp lemon juice (enhances the flavor)

• Crushed biscuits (e.g., graham crackers, Biscoff, or digestive)
• 2 tbsp melted butter

1. Prepare the Mango Puree:
• Peel and chop mangoes.
• Blend into a smooth puree.
• Add sugar and lemon juice if needed. Set aside.
2. Make the Cream Layer:
• In a bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
• In another bowl, whisk cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
• Fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract until silky and fluffy.
3. Optional Biscuit Base:
• Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
• Press a spoonful into the bottom of each serving cup for a crunchy base.
4. Assemble the Cups:
Layer in small dessert glasses or cups as follows:
1 (Optional) Crushed biscuit base
2 Spoon a layer of cream
3 Spoon a layer of mango puree
4 Repeat if your cups are tall
Smooth the tops and swirl if you like a marbled look!
5. Chill & Serve:
• Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.
• Garnish with fresh mango cubes, mint leaves, or a sprinkle of coconut flakes 


• Serve in mini cups for parties 

• Top with whipped cream, chopped pistachios, or white chocolate curls
• Add chia pudding or yogurt for a healthy twist
