Creamy Lobster & Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

Decadent fettuccine with garlic Parmesan cream sauce, succulent shrimp, and broiled lobster tail.

 

Ingredients:

– 1 lobster tail

– 12 large shrimp

– 8 oz fettuccine

– 2 tbsp butter

– 4 cloves garlic

– 1 ½ cups heavy cream

– 1 cup Parmesan cheese

– Salt, pepper, paprika

 

Instructions:

1. *Cook Pasta:* Boil fettuccine until al dente. Reserve pasta water.

2. *Prepare Seafood:* Season shrimp and lobster. Cook shrimp 2–3 min per side. Sear lobster tail 2 min per side, finish in broiler.

3. *Alfredo Sauce:* Sauté garlic in butter. Simmer heavy cream, add Parmesan, and season. Toss with pasta.

4. *Assemble:* Nestle shrimp and lobster on pasta. Spoon over sauce, garnish with herbs.

 

Serve:

– Plate with garlic bread or a side salad.
