Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp fresh thyme (for garnish)


Instructions

1️⃣ Season & Sear the Pork Chops

  • Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and scrape the pan to deglaze.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella. Simmer until thickened.

3️⃣ Combine & Cook

  • Return pork chops to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
  • Cover and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until pork reaches 145°F (63°C) internally.

  • Sprinkle with fresh thyme and serve hot!
